1. The meeting adopted the proposed new Governance Structure of the NWFL as posited.
2. The meeting unanimously agreed that the Chairman of the NWFL Board shall come from the North Central zone, however such must be a club owner.
3. The meeting also agreed that there will be no relegation at the end of the 2014/15 league season, and as such, the status quo will remain, however, teams that merited promotion will be promoted.
4. The meeting agreed that the kickoff for the Premier League shall be May 21st 2016, while Professional League shall be June 4th 2016, this is to allow the Executive Committee of the NFF to put in place the NWFL board before the league gets underway.
All teams are expected to complete their registration before the commencement of the league.
5. The meeting also welcomed the proposed reforms by the NWFL Ad-hoc Committee aimed at transforming the league to make it viable which will be a trial period of three years leading to the 2019 NFF General election.
6. The meeting adopted an abridged format for the 2015/16 league campaign.
7. The meeting also adopted the 2015/16 league season's rules and regulation as amended.
8. The meeting also urged the leadership of the NFF to release 15% FIFA development grant and other sponsorship monies to the NWFL Board so that clubs could be assisted to grow and Women
Football in Nigeria also greatly developed.
9. The meeting commended the Nigeria Football Federation for putting in place machinery to transform the various leagues and the Nigeria Women Football League in particular, and commended the efforts of the immediate past NWFL Board, led by Chief Mrs Dilichukwu Onyedinma for their efforts in transforming the league.
